Masha and the Bear Season Two Launches on Netflix

MOSCOW: The second season of the 3D-animated series Masha and the Bear has launched on Netflix in the U.S., U.K. and Ireland.

The 26-episode sophomore season is available on the streaming platform beginning today. Season one launched on Netflix in North America a year ago. In addition to the season-two rollout on Netflix, Boomerang in the U.K. plans to launch two seasons of Masha and the Bear in the territory from September.

Meanwhile, Juice, a podcast aggregator for Windows and OS X, will provide Masha and the Bear seasons one and two, as well as Masha’s Tales content, on iTunes, Google Play and Amazon Instant Video by September 2016. The content will be available for download in North America, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand and France.

Masha and the Bear is currently available in the U.K. on the pay-TV kids’ channel Cartoonito, as well as on YouTube.

This fall, the Masha and the Bear brand will continue its expansion in North America with licensed products, including toys produced by Spin Master, the master toy partner in the region. The items are slated to launch in-store at Toys “R” Us.
