Magic Light Pictures & Mookie Toys Unveil Toy Collaboration

Magic Light Pictures and Mookie Toys have teamed up for a range of wooden toys featuring The Gruffalo and Friends.

“We’re delighted to be partnering with Magic Light to introduce a new collection of wooden toys celebrating the much-loved world of The Gruffalo,” said Christina Aikman, senior brand manager at Mookie Toys. “The range is thoughtfully designed to take the story beyond the book and into children’s everyday play, encouraging imaginative storytelling and memorable play moments.”

Due to launch in August 2026, the toy line will include colorful and fun educational items such as a blackboard, drawing slate, a clock and cut-out figures of The Gruffalo and his friends from the deep, dark wood with scenic backgrounds for children to create their own stories.
