Kenan Thompson On Board Sketch Comedy for Kids

Comedian Kenan Thompson (All That, Kenan and Kel, Saturday Night Live) has partnered with pocket.watch on a new live-action sketch comedy show for children.

pocket.watch presents SKOOGLE will feature Thompson as the voice of a digital assistant meant to help kids with their daily problems. The series is created and executive produced by Thompson alongside co-producers Josh Server (All That) and Mason Gordon (Slamball), and executive producer Albie Hecht, pocket.watch’s chief content officer and the original development exec behind Nickelodeon’s All That.

Thompson said the inspiration for the show’s format was “The ‘never too young’ entrepreneurial spirit that is encouraging kids everywhere to start their own businesses at any age. And have a blast doing it!”

“Kenan Thompson is a comedic genius,” added Hecht. “At Nickelodeon, I witnessed firsthand Kenan and his fellow cast members’ ability to turn everyday scenarios into hilarious adventures.
