Keith Dawkins Becomes EVP of TeenNick, Nicktoons

NEW YORK: Nickelodeon has elevated Keith Dawkins from senior VP and general manager of TeenNick and Nicktoons to executive VP of both networks.

In his new role, Dawkins will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of TeenNick and Nicktoons. He will also continue to manage the recently launched programming initiatives The Splat (TeenNick) and NickSports (Nicktoons). He first joined Nickelodeon in 2003 as VP and general manager of Nicktoons. Earlier in his career, he served as a supervising producer for VH1 News and a producer at Fox News Channel.

TeenNick is the home of Nickelodeon's live-action programming for tweens and teens, including such titles as TeenNick Top 10, iCarly and Victorious. Nicktoons features a selection of animated hits for a younger audience.
