GG BOND: Kung Fu Pork Choppers Launches in China

Winsing Animation has launched the 17th season of the GG BOND series on platforms across China, including CCTV, Tencent and iQiyi.

GG BOND: Kung Fu Pork Choppers features an upgraded character design to mark the 17th season of the hit franchise, which originally launched in 2003. In addition to CCTV, Tencent and iQiyi, the new season is available on Aniworld, Kaku TV, ToonMax, Youku and Mango.

It is co-developed by Winsing and Crane Kahn, which will be responsible for the localization and distribution, as well as L&M business in the Asia Pacific and Africa markets and the Europe and U.S. markets.

Al Kahn, CEO of Crane Kahn, said: “I’m sure the kids will love it. Because it is Chinese, obviously, there’s kung fu and other forms of martial arts that you will see the pigs master. Apart from making children want to learn kung fu and get a pet, the show focuses on a lot of themes that will be great lessons for children.”
