New Danger Mouse Merchandise to Hit Retail

FremantleMedia Kids & Family has inked a deal with Galaxy Optical for a range of Danger Mouse-inspired glasses frames for Tesco Opticians.

The line becomes available this month. It is distributed by Galaxy Optical through 206 Tesco Opticians stores. The range includes 12 different Danger Mouse designs accompanied by a bespoke glasses case.

For four weeks starting August 26, dedicated promotional activity will also be available. This will include POS, gift-with-purchase, competitions and more.

Tessa Moore, the senior VP of global brand management at FremantleMedia Kids & Family, said, “Danger Mouse has captured a whole new generation of fans since its launch on CBBC. With the second [season] launching on CBBC ready for the new school year, we are thrilled to be working with Galaxy Optical on this exciting new partnership. We’re sure our young fans will enjoy this brand-new range of frames.”
