Edye Available on Claro tv+

HITN has signed a deal to make its Edye children’s and family educational content available in Brazil through Claro tv+.

The Edye Spanish-language SVOD streaming service was designed for preschool-aged children with content curated by early childhood development experts. Edye offers a library of more than 3,000 episodes along with games, activities, ebooks and guides to help parents learn about the value and benefits of the content.

Guillermo Sierra, director of television and digital services at HITN, said: “At HITN, we are very excited to expand our operations to Brazil with the launch of Edye. We already have almost total coverage of the continent from the United States to the Southern Cone. Having now our first operation in the Portuguese language is a great pride and has been a huge effort of all our great team. Now families in Brazil will be able to access the largest catalog of preschool content in the industry, and parents can rest assured that their children will find a healthy and safe entertainment space.”
