Disney Slates Holiday Programming

Disney Branded Television has slated the beginning of Disney Channel and Disney Jr.’s holiday programming stunts for November 29.

Disney Channel’s Fa-la-la-lidays lineup will feature new animated holiday episodes of Big City Greens and ZOMBIES: The Re-Animated Series. Disney Jr.’s Magical Holidays will include the new Mickey and the Very Many Christmases animated special, Mickey and Minnie’s Christmas Carols shorts and more.

Disney Channel will also air a new music video with the cast of Descendants: The Rise of Red for “Red Christmas.” After that, Descendants: The Rise of Red Sing-Along will see the stars of the film perform with their favorite Disney characters.

Disney Jr.’s festive lineup also includes “I’ll Have a Bluey Christmas” on December 9, with daily encores of the Bluey episodes “Veranda Santa” and “Christmas Swim.” Additionally, holiday episodes of Playdate with Winnie the Pooh, Disney Jr.’s Ariel, Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends, Me & Winnie the Pooh, SuperKitties, Kindergarten: The Musical and Pupstruction will air.

Disney Jr. will once again be part of the Disney Ultimate Toy Drive and air a special “Disney Jr. Let’s Play” public service announcement as well.
