Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Lands New Licensing Partners

9 Story Brands, the worldwide licensing agent for Fred Rogers Productions’ Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, have signed deals with new and existing licensees for the hit preschool series.

Upcoming products span apparel, accessories, baby, food, publishing, toys and more. Simon & Schuster will introduce three new books, Jakks Pacific will launch a collection of new toys, and Glo Pals will debut water-activated cubes and character figures for sensory development, among others.

Other items aimed at assisting emotional support and sensory development will be coming from Gifts of Joy (a sensory and fidget developmental kit), Kinder Cloth (cloth diapering products), Meemzy Magic (sensory play kits) and Soulbaby (bamboo clothing offerings, including medically accessible apparel).

Additional licensed products that will be coming to retail are footwear from ACI International; drinks and snacks from Good2Grow; apparel and accessories from Impact Merchandising; kids’ fashion apparel from JK2 Apparel; travel-friendly first-aid kits from Keep Going First Aid; cooking kits from Kidstir; magnets, key chains, drink ware and more from Souvenir Source; audio story toys from Tonies; sun protective shirts from Vapor Apparel; and an audio player system from Yoto.

9 Story Brands and Fred Rogers Productions have renewed partnerships with Skip Hop (toddler products and gear), Mighty Mojo Toys (toys, games, party goods, stationery), Hybrid (apparel, expanding into adult sizes); Carter Joey (backpacks and patches); Weatherman Umbrella (umbrellas); Cottage Door Press (novelty publishing); PAPP International (speciality publishing, expanding to activity books); and HGP (toys, expanding to water toys).

Fred Rogers Production is also continuing its experiential and merchandise collaborations, including with Palace Entertainment, operator of amusement, water and animal parks; Amazon, via a curated assortment of licensed products; Toys “R” Us shops in Macy’s; and licensed food items available in-store at Fred Meyer, Meijer, Walgreens and Walmart, as well as online at Amazon, Thrive Market, Walgreens and Walmart.
