Dandelooo’s Emmanuèle Pétry Sirvin

Emmanuèle Pétry Sirvin, producer and partner at the company, tells TV Kids‘ Mansha Daswani that Dandelooo only has the capacity to take on projects that its team truly loves and believes in—and why that’s the way they like it. She also talks about the company’s various working parts, as well as its plans and priorities for the future.

The French creative boutique Dandelooo—comprised of a studio called Ooolala, as well as production and distribution arms—focuses on edutainment series, priding itself on quality over quantity. The backgrounds for the company’s series Stinky Dog—which takes place in the Wild West—and Billy the Cowboy Hamster were done in-house in Valence at Ooolala, with plans for The Upside Down River to be developed there too. Dandelooo serves as a distributor for third-party series as well, balancing that with a full slate of its own shows.
