Cyber Group Studios is entering into a new partnership with L-GAM in order to drive the company’s growth and help finance new opportunities.

Under the agreement, L-GAM is taking over Cyber Group’s minority shareholders and brings financing that allows the company to launch an international acquisition strategy to boost its growth. Cyber Group, which was founded in 2005, currently has seven animated series in production, including Gigantosaurus. The company’s catalog comprises 1,000 half-hours of programming that is sold into more than 150 countries.

Yves Alexandre, L-GAM’s co-founder, said: “We have been particularly attracted by Cyber Group Studios’ economic model and team, and we are pleased to associate ourselves and contribute to their ambitious development plan.”

Pierre Sissmann, the chairman and CEO of Cyber Group, added: “We are very pleased with this association with L-GAM, which will enable us to pursue our long-term objectives of growth. This will help improve our production of content but also contribute to the development of new activities and groundbreaking technology, as well as opening up to new markets around the world.”
