Epic Story Media has signed a deal for Peacock to be the home of Clawlolo in North America.
The non-dialogue musical series follows the underwater lives of Eric the Crab and his aquatic friends across 26 three-minute episodes.
Clawlolo was previously selected for the London International Film Festival, Sapporo Family & Children program, Montreal Festival Du Nouveau Cinéma, Sao Paulo International Short Fim Festival and many more. It was also in competition at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
The series is produced by Rymanco and internationally distributed by Epic Story Media.
“We’re excited that Clawlolo is coming to Peacock TV and viewers can meet the open-hearted Eric the Crab, contemplative Joe the Octopus and the entire undersea world of fun,” said Lucy Tsoy, producer of Clawlolo for Rymanco. “In just three minutes, Clawlolo helps to rediscover an inner child and delivers a perfect break from everyday hustle and bustle.”
Ken Faier, El Presidente and CEO of Epic Story Media, added, “From the moment we saw Clawlolo, we knew it was something special. Viewership and consumption of the content is growing, and we are thrilled to welcome Peacock as our newest partner that sees the strength in this wonderful property.”
