Cartoon Forum Tributes Names Nominees

Twelve companies from eight countries have been nominated for the broadcaster, investor/distributor and producer of the year awards for the Cartoon Forum Tributes, set to take place on September 19 in Toulouse.

Some 1,000 professionals attending Cartoon Forum will vote on the nominees in each category. The public broadcasters ARTE (France/Germany), Radio Télévision Suisse (Switzerland), Radiotelevizija Slovenija (Slovenia) and Televisió de Catalunya (Spain) are in the running for broadcaster of the year.

The French companies Madrigall Group and Prime Entertainment Group are contenders for the investor/distributor of the year award, along with Spain’s Mondo TV Studios and Germany’s ZDF Studios.

The producer of the year award will be claimed by Cartoon Saloon (Ireland), MovimenN ProducNon (Italy), Pikkukala (Finland/Spain) or Sacrebleu ProducNons (France).
