Beano Studios Alum Chris Rose Joins Nickelodeon

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) has appointed former Beano Studios exec Chris Rose as the new VP of international animation production and development for Nickelodeon.

In his new role, Rose will work under Nina Hahn, the senior VP of international production and development for Nickelodeon. He will oversee the internal and external development and production teams for Nickelodeon International.

Previously, Rose led the development and production of long-form TV, film and theater productions at Beano Studios in London. Earlier in his career, he served as the commissioning editor of children’s television at ABC in Australia.

Chris has an established track record of identifying innovative new IP and developing fresh titles that have gained industry acclaim. His creative sensibility and eye for children’s television will play a key role in developing Nickelodeon’s global animations.
