D360 Inks International Deals for Eight Animated Series

Distribution360 (D360) has secured international sales for eight animated series, including the digital stop-motion program George & Paul.

George & Paul was acquired by CITV’s preschool block LittleBe in the U.K., Daeyko Kids in South Korea, Jetsen Huashi Wangju in China via a deal with Bomanbridge, Hop in Israel, YLE in Finland, RTV in Slovenia and TVNZ Kidzone in New Zealand. Produced by Pedri Animation, Beast Animation and Ka-Ching Cartoons for NTR and Ketnet, the series features two best friends who live in a world made of blocks that they use to create inventions for their adventures.

D360 sold CBeebies preschool series Treasure Champs, produced by Three Arrows Media, to CJ EMN in Korea and TVOKids in Canada. YOUniverse, which was renewed for the Hopster app in the U.K., sold to TVNZ Kidzone in New Zealand and Discovery Kids for its global streaming app. Alphabet Stories renewed with Hopster and Epic! Creations in the U.S. for their streaming service and was also picked up for the Discovery Kids app. Nico Can Dance was licensed by Prava i Prevodi in Serbia, along with season one of Atomic Betty.

Season one of ToonDraw Animation’s YaYa & Zouk was acquired by Jetsen Huashi Wangju for mainland China. ToonDraw’s new preschool series, Genius Genie, was licensed by YLE in Finland and First HDTV in Russia.
