9 Story Places Peg + Cat & More in LatAm

TORONTO: 9 Story Media Group has licensed nearly 500 episodes of its kids’ and family programming, including the Emmy-winning preschool series Peg + Cat, to broadcasters across Latin America.

Canal Once in Mexico picked up the first season of Peg + Cat and the second seasons of the animated hits Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood and Camp Lakebottom. Mexico’s Canal 22 went for the freshman season of the animated show Wild Kratts, as well as the live-action series Finding Stuff Out.

In Uruguay, TNU acquired season one of Peg + Cat and the second installment of Wild Kratts. Chile’s CNTV also took the first season of Peg + Cat. SomosTV, which spans multiple territories, licensed Meteor and the Mighty Monster Trucks, as well as the first two seasons of Monkey See Monkey Do. Both agreements cover the U.S. Hispanic market, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean Basin.
