Zig Zag Productions and Wingman Productions are co-developing a fast-paced shiny-floor game show, The Tower, funded by A+E Networks International.

The Tower is a new half-hour game-show format in which contestants answer quick-fire questions with the aim of taking control of a giant glass cylinder pierced by rods holding up 21 colored balls. The strategy-based game will see players pull as many rods as possible out of the tower, causing the valuable prize balls to fall while avoiding dropping the negative penalty balls or the game-ending black ball.

Danny Fenton, CEO of Zig Zag Productions, said: “Zig Zag have recently made a concerted effort to be in the studio game space and we are delighted to have partnered up with Wingman Productions and A+E International to bring The Tower to the international market in what we believe is a breakthrough format.”

Andrea McLean, co-founder of Wingman Productions, said: “We are really looking forward to working closely with Zig Zag and A+E Networks in bringing the energy and excitement of The Tower to screens around the world.”
