The Four Getting LatAm Treatment

Armoza Formats’ singing competition The Four has landed its first LatAm commission, having been ordered in Peru by Latina.

Airing under the name Los 4 Finalistas, the first season of the local adaptation will see 19 episodes, set to air live in prime time starting this week. The format has now been licensed in 18 territories.

Susana Umbert, entertainment director at Latina, said: “Latina’s years of experience in international singing formats has prepared us for the launch of the most ambitious format in the history of Peruvian television Los 4 Finalistas. With the most powerful voices of the country competing in a competition ‘to death,’ an international-level jury made up of mega stars of world music, and the return to TV of the most beloved star of Peruvian rock, we are proud to be bring this show to Peru.”
