Localized Rich Kids Launches in Vietnam

A local version of Rich Kids has started airing in Vietnam under the title Don’t Call Me a #RichKid.

Through a partnership between POPS and NBCUniversal, Rich Kids is the first co-produced format for the Vietnam market. Following the original format, the cast members were born into wealth and have grown to build up their own careers and create their own wealth, coming out from their parents’ shadows.

The first three stars of the Vietnam edition of Rich Kids are Vietnamese actress Ngoc Thanh Tam, Miss Vietnam Australia 2015 Jolie Nguyen and young businesswoman Thy Huynh. Available on the POPS streaming service and the POPS TV YouTube channel, the first episode premiered on January 7.

POPS and NBCUniversal have had a successful strategic partnership since 2018 with the launch of E! in Vietnam.
