Nonpanic Producing More Maître Chocolatier for TV8

Nonpanic, part of Banijay Italia, is producing a second season of Maître Chocolatier—Talenti in Sfida for Sky Italia’s TV8.

The Lindt-branded format puts ten chocolate and pastry experts to the test as they battle it out over five episodes to win the title of Maître Chocolatier. Pastry chef Melissa Forti and Lindt Italy’s Nico Tomaselli will return as judges for season two, and Michelin-starred chef and MasterChef Italia judge Giorgio Locatelli will return as host.

Season one saw Lisa Pericoli crowned the winner and become part of the Lindt Italia Maîtres Chocolatiers team.

The format is co-owned by Banijay Italia and Lindt & Sprüngli.

This announcement comes after Banijay revealed its ambitions to further expand its brand-funded portfolio with Banijay Branded Entertainment.
