ITV Studios Alum Pascal Dalton Launches New Venture

Seasoned international television executive Pascal Dalton has launched Shimmer Media, specializing in optimizing scripted and non-scripted formats across the international media landscape.

Dalton has worked for some of the industry’s biggest distributors and producers, managing high-profile global format brands such as The Voice and Big Brother. Before establishing Shimmer Media, Dalton was head of brand partnerships for North EMEA (format sales) at ITV Studios, where he also previously held the positions of head of partnerships, senior VP of licensing and VP of global format sales. Prior to ITV Studios, Dalton spent eight years with the Endemol Shine Group, rising to become regional sales director for CEE.

Shimmer Media aims to bring a fresh perspective to format management and monetization, capitalizing on Dalton’s experience and global network while delivering through a nimble, efficient and client-focused approach. Building on Dalton’s recent consultancy experience, Shimmer also offers broader support to owners of creative businesses, particularly independents, by collaborating on strategies for domestic and international growth.
