Format Deal for TV Asahi’s The Weather Girl Knows

TV Asahi has landed a deal for the Japanese format The Weather Girl Knows, which follows an oddball weather girl, who’s also a brilliant climatologist, paired with a rookie detective to investigate mysteries.

Shaftesbury, in partnership with WexWorks Media, has acquired the rights to The Weather Girl Knows. The procedural features weather as the key to unlocking puzzling crimes.
