Endemol Shine Boomdog to Bring Family Food Fight to Mexico

Endemol Shine Boomdog has been commissioned to produce the Australian format Family Food Fight for Televisa in Mexico.

Created by Endemol Shine Australia, Family Food Fight is an original format developed with Channel Nine. Mexico is the second country in LatAm to air the format after last year’s Argentinian adaptation broadcast by Telefe.

The show has also sold to the U.S., with Endemol Shine North America’s eight-part version set to debut on ABC on June 20. Family Food Fight has also been picked up in Switzerland and Denmark and was picked up last year for its second season in Australia.

Rather than restaurant cuisine, Family Food Fight focuses on home-cooked meals, as families come together to compete against one another in the kitchen. Only one family can claim the title and take home the prize.
