E4 Lines Up Second Season of Love Triangle

E4 has greenlit a second season of the dating format Love Triangle from Workerbee.

In the show, six singles must choose between two expertly handpicked partners. Based on a connection made by texting only, each single chooses between their matches and moves in with their selected partner. The path to true love is made messy when the rejected match returns to form a love triangle, and all three must go through the remainder of the experiment as a trio, moving in together and triple dating.

Love Triangle will return to E4 and Channel 4 in 2025. Casting is now open.

The format was created by the producers of Married at First Sight Australia, Endemol Shine Australia (a Banijay company) and 9Network. The U.K. production is produced by Banijay UK’s Workerbee.

“Following the impressive streaming performance of its debut run, I’m delighted to be treating e4 viewers to a second series of Love Triangle,” said Lee McMurray, commissioning editor at E4. “I can’t wait to see how a fresh batch of singles navigate this unique, three-way dating experiment and what their stories will deliver in terms of the romance, drama and dilemmas our audience love.”

Ben Mitchell from Workerbee added, “Workerbee is delighted to be making a new series of the premium reality dating format Love Triangle for E4. Proudly filmed in Manchester, one of Britain’s coolest, most cosmopolitan cities, the new series will serve up a binge-fest of twists, turns and emotional drama. In Love Triangle, there are always three sides to every story!”
