Come Dine with Me Revived in Spain

Mediaset España’s Cuatro channel is getting a local version of Come Dine with Me, which has been off the air in Spain for a decade.

The local version, Ven a Cenar Conmigo, will be produced by Warner Bros. International Television Production Spain, which acquired the format rights. Each week, five contestants will battle it out to be rewarded with the ‘ultimate dinner party host’ title and win a cash prize of 3,000 euros. The show was last on the air in Spain ten years ago on Antenna 3.

The Come Dine with Me format has now been sold into more than 40 countries.
