Channel 4 Launches Married at First Sight FAST Channel

Channel 4 is debuting MAFS Live, a FAST channel offering back-to-back episodes of Married at First Sight UK.

MAFS Live debuts today on the Channel 4 streaming platform, becoming Channel 4’s first FAST channel in the U.K. The channel, which is planned for a two-month pilot, features episodes from seasons six to eight around the clock.

Throughout the pilot period, running to February 7, Channel 4 will closely monitor viewer engagement, tracking views and user behavior to gain insights that will inform the network’s future FAST strategy.

Alex Wall, Channel 4’s head of streaming editorial for the U.K. and international, said, “FAST is swiftly becoming a popular feature with viewers across the globe, and we’re excited to bring MAFS fans a new way to enjoy nonstop hours of their favorite show.”

Wall added, “After a successful launch in the summer, we are continuing to grow our FAST strategy in the U.S. in partnership with a number of platforms, with our most recent launch this week on Google TV.”
