New Format Deals for The Great Bake Off

BBC Studios Distribution has clinched new sales for the Love Productions format The Great Bake Off, bringing the territory count to 35.

The Great Bake Off made its debut in Morocco last month through 2M. Produced by Public Evenement Productions, the 8×90-minute local version is judged by pastry chef Othmane Belefkih and cake designer Bouchra Tmimi.

The baking format is set to return for its tenth season in Sweden (TV4) and Denmark (DR) in 2021.

Format license agreements have also been reached for Bake Off Junior, in the Netherlands (Zapp, part of NPO3), Belgium (SBS) and Denmark (DR).
