BBC Orders Pilot for The Recording Studio

BBC One has commissioned an hour-long pilot of the tentatively titled factual-entertainment show The Recording Studio from FremantleMedia UK’s Boundless.

The Recording Studio looks on as ordinary people are given the chance to record the most important song of their lives in a world-class studio. The show will explore the personal experiences of each contributor and their reasons for wanting to capture a particular song. The format is globally distributed by FremantleMedia.
