BOLDPRINT Studios Bolsters Senior Team

Dan Gray joins as head of programmes, and Jack Adcock has been promoted to head of development at BOLDPRINT Studios.

“Jack is a special talent; his promotion is recognition of the formidable slate and team that he’s built since BOLDPRINT’s inception just under two years ago,” said Phil Harris, founder and CEO of BOLDPRINT Studios. “We look forward to lots more success—and fun—together. Adding to that, Dan is one of the best next-generation unscripted programme makers in the country, and we are unbelievably lucky to have tempted him over to us. His values, ambition and attitude align perfectly with what we are trying to achieve here at BOLDPRINT.”

Gray holds 20-years of experience and a strong track record of originating and delivering hit formats across all major U.K. networks. In his newly created role, Gray will oversee the delivery of BOLDPRINT’s current programming slate while working with the development team on the company’s global unscripted offering. Most recently at Twofour, he executive produced I Kissed a Boy, I Kissed a Girl and ITV reality competition The Heat.

Adcock has been with BOLDPRINT since 2024 and previously served as development executive, helping build the company’s early slate. During his time at the company, he has played a key role in the creation of Channel 4’s Swiped: The School that Banned Smartphones and Amazon’s upcoming Would You Rather: Decide to Survive.

“I am very excited to be joining BOLDPRINT Studios,” said Gray. “Phil and Lou’s creative energy is incredible, and working with them both in the past has always been inspiring and a lot of fun. I’m really looking forward to helping grow the company and leading bold, ambitious new projects.”

“I’m incredibly proud of how far BOLDPRINT has come in just two years,” said Adcock. “Working alongside Phil and Lou has been hugely inspiring and rewarding, and our special team never ceases to amaze me with the quality and ambition of their work. I’m so excited to continue to grow our slate and to see the next chapter of BOLDPRINT take shape.”
