5 Gold Rings to See French, Israeli Versions

Talpa Global’s game show 5 Gold Rings is getting a French treatment for France 2 and an Israeli adaptation for Channel 10, in addition to landing a second season commission in the Netherlands.

The series will air in France under the local title 5 Anneaux d’Or every Saturday. It is currently in preproduction for a launch at the end of summer. ITV Studios France is producing.

Meanwhile, SBS6 has ordered a second run of the Dutch version. The show has also been seeing success in the U.K.

Maarten Meijs, the managing director of Talpa Global, said: “Following the announcement of France and a second [season] commission in the Netherlands, we’re very happy that Channel 10 sees the great potential of this connected show. It is very exciting to start up this new partnership.”
