The Franco-German network ARTE and Spain’s Movistar+ have licensed the crime drama Baghdad Central from Fremantle.

StarzPlay has partnered with Fremantle to bring a collection of new dramas to viewers in the MENA region.

Waleed Zuaiter (Omar, Altered Carbon), Bertie Carvel (Dr Foster, Jonathan Strange and Dr Norrell), Clara Khoury (Homeland), Leem Lubany (Omar, Condor), Neil Maskell (Humans, Utopia) and Corey Stoll (House of Cards, First Man) join the international cast of Channel 4’s new six-part crime series Baghdad Central.
