Rai has renewed the rights to seven seasons of Fast Forward and acquired the newest season and four feature-length specials from ORF-Enterprise.
The series tells the story of Angelica Fast, a divorced single mother who works in Vienna’s criminal investigation department. In the newest season, Fast’s business model is thriving, but her adversary stirs up trouble, and she must deal with her mixed feelings about her daughter’s upcoming marriage.
The series has already found homes in Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Russia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Albania, Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Hungary and Switzerland. Most recently, it was licensed to Spain, the U.S., Latin America and Italy.
