Netflix Slates The Night Agent Season Two Premiere

Netflix has slated the debut of The Night Agent season two, produced by Sony Pictures Television, for January 23.

The series, based on the novel by Matthew Quirk, centers on a low-level FBI agent whose efforts to save the president in season one earn him the opportunity to become a night agent in season two.

The Night Agent is created and showrun by Shawn Ryan (The Shield, S.W.A.T.) with MiddKid Productions. Executive producers for season two are Ryan and Marney Hochman with MiddKid Productions; Seth Gordon and Julia Gunn with Exhibit A; Jamie Vanderbilt, William Sherak, Paul Neinstein and Nicole Tossou with Project X; David Beaubaire with Sunset Lane Media; Paul Bernard; Munis Rashid and Guy Ferland.

Season one saw the show become the most-watched series in 2023 by views. The series currently ranks as the seventh most popular English series on Netflix of all time, with 98.2 million views in its first 91 days.
