Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries Gets ’60s Spin-Off

Production is slated to begin this fall on Ms Fisher’s MODern Murder Mysteries, a spin-off of the Aussie hit Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries.

Ms Fisher’s MODern Murder Mysteries is set in the swinging ’60s in Melbourne. It follows Peregrine Fisher, who inherits a windfall when the famous aunt she never knew goes missing over the highlands of New Guinea. Peregrine must prove herself brilliant enough to become a world-class private detective in her own right.

Ms Fisher’s MODern Murder Mysteries is an Every Cloud production for Channel Seven in association with all3media international. The series has been developed by Fiona Eagger, Deb Cox and Jo Martino as a spin-off from Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries, which is based on the Phryne Fisher mystery books by Kerry Greenwood.
