Legendary Entertainment’s MIPCOM slate features an array of international dramas, including the new series Drops of God.

The multi-language title, based on the Japanese manga series of the same name, centers on Camille, whose father, creator of the famous Léger Wine Guide, recently passed away. He left her his wine collection, the greatest in the world, but in order to claim the inheritance, she must compete with a brilliant young oenologist.

The MIPCOM catalog also includes Legendary’s first Spanish-language production, You Would Do It Too (Tú También Lo Harías). After an armed robbery takes place on a bus outside of Barcelona, three robbers end up dead, one person is wanted and six witnesses are unable to identify the fugitive. The police officers suspect that the witnesses have taken a pact of silence to protect the fugitive.

Vanda, already sold into key territories, marks Legendary’s first foray into local-language TV. Inspired by the true story of Dulce Caroço, the series follows a hair stylist in Lisbon who, in the middle of the 2008 financial crisis, finds herself alone and broke with two children to raise. She embarks on a string of bank heists using a blonde wig and a toy gun.

Rounding out Legendary’s sales slate is an extensive library that includes Debris, from creator J.H. Wyman (Almost Human, Fringe); Colony, starring Josh Holloway, from creators Carlton Cuse (Jack Ryan, Lost) and Ryan Condal (House of the Dragon); and The Looming Tower, based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning nonfiction book by Lawrence Wright, starring Jeff Daniels and Peter Sarsgaard.
