Tricon Makes New Round of Sales

TORONTO: Tricon Films & Television has scored new sales for 250 hours of lifestyle series from its food and home-reno slate, including Marriage Under Construction, among others.

Marriage Under Construction, which follows the lives of a married couple purchasing their first home, was picked up by DIY in the U.S., LI TV in South East Asia and RTL Lounge in the Netherlands. National Geographic in Italy, TVS in Poland and Vitaya in Belgium opted for Restaurant Makeover, while Decked Out, a backyard makeover series, was sold to Canal Vie in Quebec and the Living Channel in New Zealand. Deck Wars, a competition series that follows two teams in two days to see who can build the best deck, was picked up by the Living Channel in New Zealand. Bitchin’ Kitchen, hosted by Nadia G, was sold to NJAM TV in Belgium and RTL Lounge in the Netherlands.

Building Bryks, a lifestyle home-renovation series, was picked up by RTL Lounge in the Netherlands and XYZ in Australia. Building Family, a docu-drama series, went to Telelatino in Canada.
