Tricon Debuting Comedy Garfunkel and Oates at MIPCOM

TORONTO: Tricon Films & Television is set to launch the new IFC comedy series Garfunkel and Oates to the international market at this year’s MIPCOM.

The 8×30-minute title follows a comedy-folk duo as they try to make it big in Hollywood. The show features guest stars such as Sir Ben Kingsley, Steve Agee, Chris Hardwick and Natasha Leggero, among others. Fred Savage directs, with Dennis McNicholas acting as showrunner.
