ORIGIN: The Zula Patrol is
based on an original idea by Dr. Deborah Manchester.

CREATOR: The series was created by Dr. Deborah Manchester.

TV SHOW: The Zula Patrol is
a CGI animated series, consisting of a total of 52 half-hour episodes about a
group of aliens who travel the galaxies helping others and saving the universe
from intergalactic danger. The series teaches kids about astronomy and science
in a fun way.

Stalwart Captain Bula, brainiac
Professor Multo, feisty hot-doggin' space pilot Zeeter, the amazing space pet
Gorga, and twin flying companions Wizzy & Wigg are the lovably wacky
characters who will take pre-kindergarten through second graders on a roller
coaster fun ride across the Universe—and teach them critical facts about
science and astronomy in the process.

The Zula Patrol is an entertaining and educational TV series that combines
zesty family entertainment with proven educational elements. With a secondary
goal of encouraging core values of non-violence and tolerance, the show
encourages whole-family participation and interest in learning about science
and astronomy, in a fun, comic style. The series targets 3- to 8-year-olds.

MAIN BROADCASTER: The series airs in the U.S. on public television stations
and reaches 80 percent of the domestic market.

TV SALES: The Zula Patrol has
been licensed to National Geographic Latin America for their new kids' block,
Nat Geo and Me; and in South Korea to C4U Media. MarVista Entertainment, who
holds the international rights to The Zula Patrol, is offering buyers a total of 52 half-hours.

PRODUCTS: Zula USA produces a package of entertaining, educational
products that are designed to provide early science education and reading
literacy for children in pre-kindergarten through second grade. The products,
available at www.zula.com, include plush toys and children's literature,
science kits, apparel and DVDs.

STRATEGY FOR ROLL OUT: The Zula Patrol is
more than just a show, its cross-platform reach is already in place with the
following:

• A full curriculum is now being
used in classrooms, preschools, and after- school programs across the country.

• A traveling museum exhibit,
focusing on weather, will launch at the adler planetarium in Chicago in
June 2007.

• An original 30-minute full dome
show will launch at planetariums and science museums nationwide in June 2007.
