The Naked Brothers Band Delivers for Nick

NEW YORK, February 7: Nickelodeon’s new mockumentary series The
Naked Brothers Band
reached a total of 4.7
million viewers on February 3, making it the network’s highest-rated series
premiere with kids 6-11 since the launch of Caitlin’s Way in 2000.

The show, about a rock group, premiered on February 3 at
8:30 p.m. with two back-to-back episodes. Both telecasts ranked number-one in
the ratings in their respective time periods on all television (broadcast and
cable) with kids and tweens. The 8:30
p.m. telecast averaged a 9.4/1.9 million with kids 6-11, a 7.3/2.4 million with
kids 2-11, and a 6.6/1.3 million with tweens 9-14. Among total viewers, the
8:30 p.m. play earned 3.5 million total viewers. The 9 p.m. telecast averaged a
10.0/2.0 million, up 68 percent versus last year's airing of All That. In addition, it earned a 7.3/1.5 million with
tweens 9-14 (up 57 percent over last year), a 7.6/2.5 million with kids 2-11
(up 62 percent) and 3.8 million total viewers (up 47 percent).

hit with kids," said Tom Ascheim, the EVP and general manager of
Nickelodeon Television. "We're extremely pleased with the premiere
performance and look forward to the series continuing to rock."
