TENA Bulks Up Creative Services, Original Production Teams

HONG KONG, February 21: Turner Entertainment Networks Asia (TENA) has
announced three new appointments to its creative services and original
production teams.

In Hong Kong, Jonny Potter has joined as creative director, responsible
for the entire output of creative services in all regions and all media, and
for growing the Cartoon Network, POGO, Boomerang and TCM brands. While new to
TENA, Potter is a Turner veteran, and has served as the creative director of
all Turner U.K.’s kids’ channels, including Cartoon Network, Cartoon Network Too, Boomerang and Toonami, before
joining Jetix to lead its on-air promotions team.

Also in Hong Kong, Jayson
Chan has joined the creative services team as associate creative director for
brand development. In this newly created position, Chan works with the business
development, original production and creative services teams to develop brand
identities for new channels, platforms, services and programs.

Joining the TENA Mumbai
team is Maya Rao, who will serve as the new creative director for India
original production. Rao has more than 20 years of experience in the film and
television industry, most recently at Miditech where, among other projects, she
delivered five seasons of POGO’s hit show M.A.D. (Music,
Arts and Dance
) and directed the
2006 edition of the POGO Amazing Kids Awards.
