Telemundo Novela Debuts in Serbia

MIAMI, November 12:
Telemundo Internacional's Without Breasts
There's No Paradise
, adapted from the hit Colombian telenovela, launched on
TV Kosova in Serbia last night, following its recent rollout in Bulgaria.

The telenovela follows a
beautiful girl who is desperate to escape her life of poverty, and becomes
involved with a group of people who convince her that beauty, power and money
are the only path to happiness. She soon finds herself in a world of luxury and
decadence that is dominated by a group of drug traffickers. The story touches
on social themes like family values, education, lack of self-esteem, plastic
surgery and its risks, the denigration of women and social pressures.

The Telemundo production
has already had success in the U.S. Hispanic market, where it was the most-watched premiere
episode for the broadcaster and drew in an average of 1.8 million viewers aged
18 to 49 in October.

The
original Colombian version is distributed worldwide by Caracol.
