Telefe Hails ATF Success

BUENOS AIRES, December 12: Telefe International secured
interest in several of its key properties, including Montecristo, at the recent Asia TV Forum.

Montecristo, a telenovela
produced by Telefe Contenidos and starring Pablo Echarri, Paola Krum and
Joaquín Furriel, has been licensed to a Malaysian broadcaster for launch in an
access prime-time slot next year. The show has sold to more than 25
countries.

Tiny
Angels, a Cris Morena, RGB
and Telefe co-production, is on the air in Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia. And
the kids’ series Dr. Miniature has sold to Turner Entertainment
for its Southeast Asian feed.
