Southern Star’s Love My Way Heads to Canada

SYDNEY, January 24: Southern Star International’s hit drama
series Love My Way has been picked up by
Allarco Entertainment Canada, with the first three seasons of the award-winning
show to air on the Canadian pay-TV network Super Channel.

Love My Way,
co-produced by John Edwards and Claudia Karvan (who also stars in the series),
centers on a 30-something woman who is juggling a love life, family obligations
and professional success. The series is a Southern Star John
Edwards, FOXTEL and Austar production for Fox8, W Channel and Showtime. It was
made in association with the New South Wales Film and Television Office.

“I am personally very pleased with this programming,” said
Sandy Perkins, Super Channel’s VP of programming. “In my position I watch a lot
of television and I have to say I loved this series—I couldn’t stop
watching Love My Way! I think our
viewers are in for a real treat.”

The channel will also air the 8×1-hour series Dangerous—a tale of forbidden love set against the
diverse backgrounds of the crime-riddled western suburbs and the affluence of
Sydney’s eastern suburbs—which is also a Southern Star John Edwards
production for Fox8.
