Southern Star Sells Rush into France

SYDNEY: France’s AB International Distribution has acquired the Australian drama series Rush, set in a critical incident police unit, from Southern Star International. 

Currently in production on a second season, Rush provides an insider’s view of police under pressure. The show features a mobile squad who are trained to be smarter, tactically superior and technologically advantaged. The 35×1-hour series is a Southern Star John Edwards production for Network Ten, produced with the assistance of Film Victoria.

Catherine Payne, the chief executive of Southern Star International, said: "We are so very pleased to be announcing that AB International Distribution have acquired Rush once again cementing our great relationship with them and the success of Australian programs in France."
