Sorpresa! Reports Distribution Gains

NEW YORK, April 9: Juniper Content Corporation announced
today that its Hispanic kids’ channel, Sorpresa!, passed 713,000 subscribers at
December 31, 2006, representing a 45-percent gain over its distribution at the
end of 2005.

"Sorpresa! realized a substantial increase in its
subscribers in 2006 principally through organic growth from its existing base
of cable affiliates," said Stuart B. Rekant, Juniper's chairman and CEO,
and the CEO of Firestone Communications. "As a result of the company's
expanding management team and the availability of Juniper's capital, Sorpresa!
is well on its way to reaching the one million subscriber mark—the
threshold at which Sorpresa! will become more attractive to advertisers looking
to access the growing Hispanic media marketplace."

Sorpresa! will add an additional 50,000 subscribers when it
launches on OneLink Communications' system in Puerto Rico later this month.
