Shine to Offer TV Movies from P&G Productions

LOS ANGELES: Shine International has been appointed to represent Procter & Gamble Productions’ family-oriented programming on a worldwide basis. 

The deal includes the distribution rights to the TV movies Secrets of the Mountain, a two-hour drama-adventure about a single mother on the adventure of a lifetime at a mountain cabin she inherited from an eccentric uncle; The Jensen Project, about a secret community of geniuses conducting advanced underground research to solve the world’s most difficult problems; and A Walk in My Shoes, featuring a high-school student who meets a mysterious stranger and starts to see things differently. These trio of movies were produced for NBC.

Also included in the deal is Change of Plans, the story of a couple whose life is turned upside down after a tragic accident suddenly names them the caretakers of four young children. Change of Plans aired on FOX. All of the films are part of the Family Movie Night series sponsored by Walmart and P&G. 

Shine is launching the four titles at MIPTV this week, marking the first time the films are available to international broadcasters.
