Sensitive Skin Part of Tricon Films & Television’s NATPE Lineup

TORONTO: Tricon Films & Television heads to NATPE next week with a slate of lifestyle series such as Foods Greatest Hits and the Kim Cattrall-starring drama Sensitive Skin.

Leading the lifestyle portfolio is the 14×30-minute series Foods Greatest Hits, which showcases three foods considered “great hits” of the food world. Also on offer is the 12×30-minute Humble Home Hunters, which follows potential homebuyers as they visit three dream homes, all within an affordable price tag and no renovations required; the 15×30-minute Breakneck Builds, a firsthand look into the world of modular technology; and the 28×30-minute The Expandables, which challenges a crew of renovation experts to create spaces in impossible places.

On the scripted front, the 12×30-minute Sensitive Skin features Cattrall (Sex and the City) as part of a couple who have sold their comfortable family home and moved downtown to an ultra-modern condo. Other scripted offerings are the 30×30-minute Hard Rock Medical, about eight first-year medical students who come face-to-face with the reality of delivering health care, and the 13×30-minute Sunnyside, set in a not-so-typical neighborhood where anything can happen, and almost always does.

Documentary titles for NATPE are the feature-length Satan Lives, an investigation into how the power of film and popular culture shape the public’s view of Satan. The 1×85-minute Revolution, meanwhile, shows how past world events have taught us what we need to do to save the future. And finally, the 1×82-minute Lost & Found gives exclusive access to the efforts underway to track, organize and return what was lost and has now been found.
