Scott Michels to Retire from CBS

NEW YORK: After more than 33 years with CBS, Scott Michels is retiring as of July 4.

Michels started with CBS in 1978 as director of affiliate relations. He was later named VP of affiliate relations and moved on to join the CBS Studios International team as VP of worldwide sales. He most recently served as the VP of sales administration and operations.

Prior to CBS, Michels was with ABC working in news, operations and affiliate relations.
