Saffronic Appoints First Head of Creative for Games

Bhanu Prakash has been named head of creative for games at Saffronic.

The appointment charges Prakash with leading the company’s expansion into art and animation services for the gaming industry. Prakash is responsible for leading a creative team to deliver content to a global clientele, spearheading advanced technology integration, shaping creative direction, fostering client relationships, overseeing training initiatives, conducting vendor assessments and orchestrating public relations efforts.

Prakash will oversee creative for all locations of Saffronic’s games business in India and will jointly report to Kumar Chandrasekaran, studio director, and Kevin J. Johnson, executive creative director.

Throughout his distinguished career in the digital arts spanning over 18 years across gaming, VR, film, animation and computer graphics, Prakash has contributed to Call of Duty, FIFA, Assassin’s Creed, Asphalt 9, Grand Theft Auto V, Gotham Knights, Need for Speed, Game of Thrones, Disney’s Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and more.
