ROK TV Streaming Mobile Service Launches in the U.S.

BEVERLY HILLS, August 9:
ROK Entertainment Group has brought its ROK TV streaming mobile TV service to
the U.S. following its British rollout last year.

Thirteen channels of
content are available at roktv.com for 99 cents each. ROK has licensed content
from over 50 providers, and expects to have new channels go live throughout the
coming weeks.

The service focuses on
niche, independent, urban, and international content, including TV Reggaeton,
OutThere TV and Noche de Salsa. "We see large demographic and affinity
segments of active mobile media consumers that are being underserved by the
content offerings of existing mobile video services," said Jonathan
Kendrick, chairman of ROK. "But we're not turning away from major
entertainment, news or sports programming, in fact we fully intend to showcase
the power of major media brands and sponsors in a variety of unique ways as the
service grows."

ROK TV will soon add
On-Demand and Premium Programming. Currently, new subscribers are offered their
first month of the service for free. "We're going to keep adding features
and functionality to the service, including those never available in the
U.S.," stated Bruce Renny, head of global marketing for ROK.
